A man has been charged over an alleged sexual offence committed last weekend in Sydney’s south-west.
About 11.30am on Sunday 9 October 2022, a man was allegedly observed performing a sexual act in the car park of a shopping centre in the Bonnyrigg area.
Officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries, including making a public appeal.
A 60-year-old man, yesterday (Thursday 13 October 2022) attended Fairfield Police Station about 6.10pm.
He was arrested and charged with willful and obscene exposure in/near public place.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court on Monday 24 October 2022.
