Perth Police have charged a man with Indecent Acts in Public in relation to an incident in Perth on Wednesday afternoon (26 August 2020).
It is alleged about 3.30pm the man entered the female toilets at a fast food outlet located on Beaufort Street. The man went into a cubicle and it will be alleged he filmed himself on a mobile phone committing an indecent act.
It will be further alleged he placed his mobile phone on the floor under the dividing partition into the next cubicle which was occupied by a woman. The woman immediately left the toilets area and notified staff at the store.
The 31-year-old man from Northbridge was charged and is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 28 August 2020.
