Police from the Serious and Organised Financial Crime Section today arrested and charged a man with three counts of deception and one count of theft.
Police will allege that between 2015 and 2016, the man took $247,000 from three investors and used the money for his own personal use.
A 45-year-old man from North Brighton was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 4 December.
