Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a theft and subsequent deceptions that occurred earlier this month.
Investigators have been told a credit card was stolen from a vehicle which was parked in Wheatley Road in Bentleigh sometime between 7am and 3.15pm on 14 October.
The credit card was subsequently used at various locations around Bentleigh and McKinnon.
Police have released images of two men and a woman they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
