Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal house fire in Moe overnight.
Emergency services attended a King Street home following reports a house was on fire on Sunday 6 March about 11.15pm.
Sadly, a 39-year-old man pulled from the burning home died at the scene.
Another man home at the time of the fire has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
A woman was able to escape the fire and raised the alarm.
Police have set up a crime scene and it is expected detectives from the Arson Squad will attend the scene this morning along with fire investigators.
