Police are investigating a fire in Oakleigh South this morning.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at a factory on Huntingdale Road just before 2.15am.
No one was inside at the time.
At this stage, the fire is being treated as suspicious.
A crime scene is in place, and an arson investigator will attend the scene later this morning.
The investigation remains ongoing.
