Stonnington Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking to identify a man following a restaurant burglary in South Yarra late last month.
It is believed the man entered the Commercial Road premises about 9.15pm on Sunday 23 August.
The offender entered a staff only area and stole a number of items before leaving the venue.
The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, in his 50s, medium height and weight.
He was carrying a plastic shopping bag and wearing a dark track suit jacket and pants, along with a dark hat and disposable face mask.
Police have released images of the man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
