Detectives from Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident where three males were injured after an altercation in St. Albans yesterday.
It is understood the males attended Cobham Street as part of a marketplace exchange just before 1.20pm.
A physical altercation between the trio occurred, leaving all three with stab wounds.
A 17-year-old and a man in his 20’s were both taken to hospital with critical injuries, while a 23-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
