Police have arrested a woman following a fatal stabbing in Mount Helen this morning.
It is alleged the woman stabbed a man at a property on Park Lane just before 8am on Saturday, 28 December.
Emergency services attended and performed CPR, but the man died at the scene.
Officers arrested the woman at the property, who was known to the deceased.
It is expected she will be interviewed by detectives today.
A crime scene has been established and the investigation remains ongoing.
