Cockburn Police have charged a man after a number of parcel theft incidents between 28 October 2019 and 12 November 2019.
It will be alleged that on three occasions, the accused has approached the front area of the home and stolen parcels from outside the front door.
Two of these incidents occurred in Hammond Park and one occurred in Success.
After extensive investigative work, Cockburn Police were able to identify an individual and conducted a search warrant at an address in Success.
A 34-year-old man from Success has been charged with three counts of Stealing and will appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court on 6 December 2019.
