Major Crash Investigation Section officers have charged 21-year-old man following their investigation into the death of man in bushland off Sovereign Drive, Two Rocks on 11 January 2021.
A 21-year-old Tapping man was charged with:
• Manslaughter;
• Driver failed to stop and ensure assistance received after incident occasioning death and;
• Driver fail to report an incident occasioning death.
He is due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 24 February 2021.
