Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Sale woman Chantelle.
The 29-year-old was last seen in Sale on 28 April about 9am.
It’s understood Chantelle might be making her way to Orange, New South Wales.
Police and family are concerned for Chantelle’s welfare a due to a medical condition.
An image of Chantelle has been released in the hope someone has information about her current whereabouts.
Chantelle is Caucasian, 152cm tall with long brown straight hair.
