Initial information indicates around 1.30pm on June 20 a man driving a white Toyota Corolla sedan without registration plates pulled into a carpark on Central Court.

The man entered and spent time wandering around the hobby shop before asking staff to view a drone.

Around 3.40pm, as the attendant was packing the drone away the man grabbed the bag and ran from the store fleeing in the Toyota Corolla.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance with a slim build.

In a separate incident on June 29, a white Toyota Corolla sedan bearing false Queensland registration 788VGV pulled up outside the hobby business around 2.30am.

Two people, one armed with a sledgehammer gained entry to the rear of store.

Whilst inside the pair stole a quantity of property, including drones before fleeing the scene in the white Corolla.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have information, dashcam or CCTV footage of the area from around the time of the incident to contact police.
