Northern Territory Police are investigating the alleged assault of a female by a male in Butters Park on the corner of Byrne Circuit and Beck Street, Moil around 1:30pm on Monday 11 April 2022.
Investigators are aware that there were a number of people in the area at the time of the alleged incident and are calling for witnesses to come forward.
Constable First Class Fiona Henwood said, “Police believe this is an isolated incident and don’t believe the alleged offender poses a risk to the greater community”.
