Police have located Phoenix safe at an address in Kelso this afternoon, along with the stolen black Ford Ranger.
Phoenix is being reunited with family this evening.
Police and the family would like to thank the community for their assistance, which greatly helped officers locate Phoenix.
A man and woman remain in police custody this evening and are expected to be charged with multiple offences.
Investigations are continuing.
