Police update: Armed robbery in Harristown, QLD

A 32-year-old man has been charged in relation to the alleged armed robbery of a Harristown service station on Tuesday, April 12.

It will be alleged the man threatened a worker with what appeared to be a gun and demanded cash and cigarettes.

The 32-year-old has been charged with armed robbery, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, enter premise with intent to commit indictable offence, driving without a licence, using a false number plate and stealing.

He is expected to appear before Toowoomba Magistrates Court today, Saturday April 16.
