The Major Crime Squad reports the death of a 70-year-old male following a domestic violence incident that occurred last month.
A 42-year-old male remains in custody and will appear in Darwin Local Court on 18 June 2025.
Police are in discussion with the Department of Public Prosecutions around further charges.
