Major Crash Officers are investigating a fatal crash at Salisbury Plain this afternoon.
Just before 1.40pm on Wednesday 7 September police and SA ambulance responded to reports of a car crashing into a tree on Main North Road.
Sadly the driver and sole occupant of the car a 24-year-old Modbury man died at the scene.
Main North Road is closed for north bound traffic from Park Terrace to Saints Road.
This man’s death is the 52nd life lost on SA roads on compared to 66 at the same time last year.
