Police update: Vehicle intercept at Bald Hills

Two boys and a man have been charged over an alleged car theft, attempted break in and unlawful use of a motor vehicle at Bald Hills last night.

A 16-year-old xx boy has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with enter dwelling with intent, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.

A 20-year-old man has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and enter dwelling with intent.

A 16-year-old boy is assisting police with their inquiries.

He was expected to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today.

The blue coloured 2016 model Porsche Macan involved in the alleged offence was stolen from a New Farm residence on August 18.

A white BMW stolen an Empress Terrace address in Bardon on August 19 is also believed to be linked. It was found abandoned in Collingwood Drive at Redbank.
