Police have issued an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to a B-double truck carrying dangerous cargo which rolled-over on Fitzroy Development Rd, Valkyrie at around 5.20 this morning.
The exclusion zone encompasses 3 kilometres around the crash site, including the airspace above.
Traffic is being diverted around the exclusion zone from Peak Downs Hwy and Golden Mile Road.
This incident is likely to to last all day.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and urged to follow the advice of emergency services on the ground.
