The National Capital Authority (NCA) invites community feedback on a proposal to build a commercial (office) building at 1A Constitution Avenue (Block 19, Section 40, City).
The proposed development will include office space, a café, end-of-trip facilities and a mix of private and public car parking spaces. It will target a 5-Star Green Star energy rating.
