Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Richard John Lovett.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to contravening a court order, recklessly cause and intentionally cause injury, property, theft, drug and bail offences.
He is described as 200cm tall with a solid build and has a tattoo that says ‘DAD’ on his right wrist.
Lovett is known to frequent the Collingwood, Heidelberg and Mildura areas.
Investigators have released an image of Lovett in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
