In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 2009, notice is hereby given that
the area of road described and shown hereunder has been temporarily closed. This road area is
no longer available for public use and a road permit has issued to allow exclusive use of such road
area.
Description
An area of approximately 5m2 of road being a storeroom forming part of the public toilet facility
located on the road reserve adjacent Buckley Street, Yorkeys Knob and approximately 30m from
the boat ramp as shown as ROAD PERMIT AREA on the aerial photo and floor plan hereunder.
