A crime scene has been established after a man was stabbed outside a unit block in South Granville this morning.
About 9.15am (Thursday 11 July 2019), police attended Boronia Street following reports a man had been injured.
A 17-year-old teen was located suffering multiple wounds. He was taken to Westmead Hospital and is in a critical condition.
Police, with the assistance of Dog Unit and Polair, are currently searching the area around Horlyck Reserve.
Investigations are continuing.
