Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sebastian Paul.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to burglary, theft and bail offences.
Paul is described as being 178 cm tall and of average build with a shaved head.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda, Prahran and South Yarra areas.
Investigators have released an image of Paul in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
