The Security Council will meet this morning to vote on a draft resolution concerning whether certain United Nations sanctions on Iran will remain terminated or will be re-applied.
The meeting results from concerns expressed by France, Germany and the United Kingdom regarding issues they believe constitute significant non-performance of commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
