Fugitive Squad officers in conjunction with Geelong Liquor Licensing Unit have arrested a man wanted in relation to an alleged shoplifting spree throughout Victoria and interstate.
It is alleged the 26-year-old man was responsible for stealing approximately $200,000 worth of goods, predominantly alcohol, between December 2023 and September 2024.
The Truganina man was arrested yesterday morning on Sayers Road in Hoppers Crossing.
He has been charged with 102 counts of theft and remanded to appear at the Geelong Magistrates’ Court today.
