Serious Two-vehicle Crash – Denham Court

Police are investigating a crash involving an allegedly-stolen car in Sydney’s south west earlier today.

Just before 10.40am today (Wednesday 13 November 2024), officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command attempted to stop a Renault SUV, which had been reported stolen.

When the driver failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated.

The pursuit was terminated a short time later; however, PolAir continued to monitor the vehicle.

About 11.15am, the SUV and a black utility collided at the intersection of Camden Valley Way and Denham Court Road, Denham Court.

The male driver of the SUV was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to hospital in a serious condition.

The driver if the utility was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Traffic diversions are in place and motorists are urged to avoid the area.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command have established a crime scene as specialist officers attached to the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
