Seven members and associates of the Outlaws motorcycle gang were issued $1000 infringements by Fremantle Detectives for Failing to Comply with a Direction under the Emergency Management Act.
Around 9pm on Wednesday 15 April 2020, police sighted the group of seven men congregating outside a hotel on George Street in East Fremantle, breaching Prohibited Gathering provisions (social distancing) not to gather in groups larger than two people.
