A woman has had her car impounded and is expected to be charged on summons with an array of offences after her car was intercepted by police last night.
Prahran Highway Patrol officers pulled over a sedan travelling west on Citylink after clocking it at an alleged speed of 130km/h in an 80km/h speed zone about 10.50pm.
A female P plate driver, with two infant passengers under the age of two years onboard, underwent a preliminary breath test before returning an alleged evidentiary breath test reading of 0.111.
Her car was immediately impounded for 30 days at a cost of $878.50.
A 23-year-old Braybrook woman is expected to be charged on summons with speeding, drink driving and traffic offences.
