Police have charged two teenage boys following a stolen vehicle incident in Kingaroy on 10 June.
It will be alleged around 5.45pm, a couple aged in their 70’s were entering their parked 2015 Holden Captiva on Glendon Street when they were allegedly approached by two teenage boys.
Police allege one of the boys then verbally threatened the man before a second boy approached the passenger side of the vehicle, produced a knife and forcibly removed the woman from the car.
The two boys are then alleged to have driven off from the scene.
A 75-year-old Kingaroy woman received minor injuries and was transported to hospital for treatment. The 76-year-old Kingaroy man was not physically injured.
The stolen Holden Captiva was subsequently located in Cherbourg around 11pm on 10 June.
Following investigations officers located both boys at separate addresses in Cherbourg earlier this morning, 12 June.
A 14-year-old Cherbourg boy has been charged with two counts of robbery whilst armed and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, driving without a licence and obstruct police.
A 16-year-old Cherbourg boy has been charged with two counts of robbery whilst armed and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Both boys are due to appear in the Kingaroy Childrens Court today, 12 June.

Operation Yankee Forge is a six-month, district-led, statewide initiative targeting high-harm and high-volume offences, including unlawful use of motor vehicles, unlawful entry and robbery.
The operation will enhance policing activities across Queensland to reduce victim numbers and strengthen community safety.
Police regions, supported by specialist squads, will undertake coordinated disruption activities across the state. Police will target high-harm offenders and work closely with partner agencies to ensure offenders are held accountable. With a strong focus on crime prevention, police will be highly visible as they prevent, disrupt and investigate offending, with particular emphasis on unlawful use, robbery and unlawful entry.
The operation will be locally led and centrally coordinated, leveraging the knowledge and experience of officers who know their communities best.
