Report sought on Council’s strategic planning initiatives
Council resolved to receive a report outlining all planning initiatives that Council has agreed to undertake with timeframes to complete each of the planning initiatives, as well as details on their delivery in terms of resourcing and finances.
These plans will include (but not be limited to) the preparation of new documents (such as strategies identified in the Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS)) as well as existing policy documents that are required to be reviewed and updated (such as the Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Development Control Plan (DCP)).
