Cairns Regional Council has, by resolution made on 9 October 2019, decided to sell the land described below for overdue rates and charges, some of which have been overdue for at least 3 years.
This notice contains a summary of the notice of intention to sell issued by the Cairns Regional Council for the land on 10 October 2019 under section 140 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
