Police are investigating a shooting overnight at Kilburn.
Just after 2.10am, this morning (Wednesday 10 January), patrols were called to an address on Nelson Street at Kilburn, after reports of gunshots being heard in the area. On arrival, police located the victim with a single gunshot wound to his leg. Police located a number of gunshot holes at the address.
The teenage boy from Kilburn, was taken to Hospital with a non-life threatening injury. Investigations are continuing and police are hoping to speak further to the victim later today.
The incident is not believed to be a random attack.
