Homicide Squad detectives have today charged a 42-year-old Melbourne man in relation to the death of man in the Melbourne CBD earlier this month.
The man has been charged with one count of murder.
He remains in hospital under police guard.
The charge relates to the investigation into the death on a 46-year-old Carlton man following an alleged affray on King Street on 10 October.
A 40-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman have both previously been charged with murder in relation to the matter.
