Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tien Nguyen.
A warrant was issued after the 47-year-old failed to appear at court in relation to trafficking commercial quantity cannabis, theft and resist emergency worker on duty.
Nguyen is described as being approximately 170cm tall with a medium build and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Springvale and Dandenong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Nguyen in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
