The new campaign, which follows the announcement of both playing squads last week, will act as a focal point for players and fans in both the lead up to and throughout the tournament.

‘Undefeated is Forever’ represents the spirit of the CommBank ParaMatildas and the CommBank Pararoos on the pitch, and their unwavering determination to show that anything is possible.

Football Australia’s Head of Inclusion, Sarah Walsh said it was a powerful campaign message to empower both playing groups, while also sending an important message.

“Undefeated is Forever celebrates this talented group of players and their commitment to using their platform to empower the next generation of players” Walsh said.

“It’s about amplifying both teams with a strong, uniting message that resonates with all Australians. We wanted to ensure that the passion and pride of CP football shone through in this campaign, celebrating the players efforts on the pitch and breaking down barriers off it.

“Our CommBank ParaMatildas and CommBank Pararoos are strong, talented, determined footballers who proudly share their journeys as players and people living with disability. We look forward to telling their stories throughout the Para Asian Cup, as they blaze a trail for the more than 4.4 million Australians who live with a disability,” Walsh concluded.

The Para Asian Cup – running from 4 – 11 November at the recently completed “Home of the Matildas” at La Trobe University in Melbourne – will see Asia and Oceania’s top players fiercely contesting for the biggest prizes in the region.

It will be a momentous occasion for both teams, with the CommBank ParaMatildas playing their first-ever home internationals, while the CommBank Pararoos play their first home tournament since the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.

The opening day of match action on Saturday, 4 November will see the CommBank ParaMatildas taking on Japan at 3.00pm AEDT and the CommBank Pararoos coming up against Thailand at 5.15pm AEDT.
