Northern Territory Police have recovered a firearm stolen from an address in Alice Springs this morning.
Police recovered the stolen Remington 7615 Pump Action 223 fireman about 6pm this afternoon following strong support from community sources.
No arrests have been made as yet and investigations into the theft are continuing.
Anyone with information or who witnessed anything in relation to the theft is urged to contact police on 131 444 and quote number P23361421.
