The Emergency Management (Activities Associated No 13) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Activities Associated No 14) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This Direction came into effect at 12:01am on Thursday, 23 September 2021.
Key changes include:
- Private Functions or Private Activities (max 150 people attending) can have up to 50 people dancing at any one time. There is no requirement to wear a mask.
- People can consume food or drinks whilst standing if they are outside at any venue. Density requirements are 1 person per 2 square metres.
Other existing requirements remain.
