Ai Group welcomes the State Government’s announcement to provide significant funding to support construction projects in Victoria.
“Ai Group sees considerable merit in undertaking a large number of smaller projects that can be approved and commenced rapidly,” the Victorian Head of Ai Group, Tim Piper, said today.
“Ai Group has expressed to Government its concern at the lack of orders across the economy and these projects will provide much-needed additional demand for manufacturing and service providers to the construction sector.
“We are also looking forward to working with the Government on other initiatives to help to broaden the recovery of business and employment in Victoria,” Mr Piper said.
