Voice to Parliament Yes and No cases

We’ve committed to sharing information on the importance, purpose and process of the Voice referendum to support the Bayside community to make an informed decision.

The Australian Electoral Commission has this week released the Yes and No pamphlets on its website.

The pamphlets are now available in digital format on the AEC website.

Printed copies of the pamphlets will be sent to all Australian households later this year before the referendum day.

Bayside City Council has accepted the invitation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart and supports a First Nations Voice to Parliament enshrined in the constitution.

We are also committed to delivering information to assist Bayside electors to understand the importance, purpose and process of the Voice referendum and mitigate misinformation.
