Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Richard Lado of Tarneit.
A warrant has been issued for the 19-year-old man in relation to failing to appear at court on theft an bail offences.
Lado is of African appearance, about 180cm tall, with a slim build and short black hair.
He is known to frequent the Tarneit, Werribee, and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Lado in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
