Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ryan Beqir.
A warrant has been issued for the 23-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft of motor vehicle, property damage and deception.
Beqir is known to frequent the Bendigo and south-east Melbourne areas.
Police have released an image of Beqir in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
