Enterprise bargaining has allowed ABC union members to join together and achieve changes for the better, such as sick leave, annual leave, flex time, paid parental leave, guaranteed 15.4% superannuation, and so much more.
All these rights belong in enterprise agreements, which are negotiated, visible, and can’t be changed overnight. If there is a disagreement under an enterprise agreement, the Fair Work Commission can help resolve it.
