Have you ever needed some equipment for a one-off home project or wanted to try an item before you buy it?
We’re introducing a ‘Library of Things‘ at Beaumaris Library for our community to borrow, enjoy and return a variety of items, like tools or cooking appliances, instead of buying them.
The Library of Things encourages sustainable living practices and promotes the circular economy by providing access to popular products that may be needed for one-off jobs but are rarely used afterwards.
We want to know what kind of ‘things’ you’d love to borrow from our library collection.
Consultation is open until 17 December and we hope to launch the Library of Things from March 2024.
