Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery that occurred in Northcote on Thursday 30 May.
A 66-year old Thornbury woman was walking along Dally Street at about 8pm when two unknown male offenders approached her and stole her purse and a gold necklace.
The victim was uninjured and the offenders fled on skateboards.
One of the offenders is described as having dark olive skin, believed to be aged about 15 to 17-years-old and wearing a dark-coloured baseball cap, ripped jeans and a ‘plastic-like jacket’.
The second offender is described as having dark olive skin, also believed to be aged 15 to 17-years-old and wearing a dark coloured baseball cap and baggy pants.
