A woman has died in a single-vehicle crash in the state’s Southern Region today.
Shortly before 2pm (Thursday 3 December 2020), a 26-year-old woman was driving a Mazda 3 east along Boree Road, Leeton.
About 1km east of the intersection of Triggervale Road, the vehicle has veered off the road and crashed into a tree on the southern side of Boree Road.
The driver died at the scene, and her 29-year-old male passenger suffered minor injuries.
Officers from Murrumbidgee Police district attended the scene and commenced inquiries.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
