A woman reported missing from Queensland has been found safe.
The 50-year-old was last seen in Browns Plains, Queensland, on Thursday (14 December 2023) and was believed to be travelling to Griffith NSW via the coast.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Murrumbidgee Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following inquiries, and an appeal for assistance, the woman was located in the Sydney CBD about 1.30am (Sunday 17 December 2023).
Police would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.
