On Thursday 25 April 2024, the Warrnambool RSL will conduct a Dawn Service and a mid-morning march and service for Anzac Day. To ensure the safety of the participants and the community, temporary changes to traffic conditions and vehicle access in certain areas of the Warrnambool CBD will be implemented.
𝗗𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝟱.𝟯𝟬𝗮𝗺.
𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬.𝟰𝟱𝗮𝗺.
The Garrison re-enactment troop will fire a single salvo of rifle fire at approximately 11.50am on Cannon Hill for the mid-morning service.
Road Closures
• Cannon Hill (Liebig Street to Cannon Hill) closed from 5am – 1pm.
• Merri Street (Gilles Street to Banyan Street) closed from 5am – 1pm.
• Liebig Street (Timor Street to Cannon Hill) closed from 5am – 1pm.
• Liebig Street (Lava Street to Merri Street) closed from 10am – 11am.
