Seven food and beverage manufacturers will share in over $33 million in grants through round 1 of the Modern Manufacturing Initiative (MMI) Translation and Integration streams.
This support will unlock further investment from the sector and help innovative Australian manufacturers take their home-grown products to the world.
This will create skilled jobs, open new export opportunities and build Australia’s economic resilience.
This announcement follows more than $100 million in MMI funding we previously announced for space, medical products, and resources technology and critical minerals processing manufacturers.
Further announcements of successful projects in other National Manufacturing Priority areas will follow.
